This site involves my impressions on health: what it is and how to improve it. Plus there are other life related issues that I like to speak on from time to time. So that is here too. My background is currently in alternative health most especially as a postural alignment specialist trained by Egoscue University®. Originating as a massage therapist in San Antonio in 1998 I eventually came across this unique method of resolving all kinds of musculoskeletal pain with a rather simple system of stretches and exercises. My main interest is gathering all the ways in which we can be healthy in mind, body and spirit. There are tons of approaches and techniques that can easily be employed to keep us all healthy. I am constantly posting these on this site.

Another interest is seeing the intersection of human and planetary health. There is a growing view that ill health of humanity is inextricably bound with the increasing degradation of the planet. These themes are also explored.

In case you don’t know, our website SlimKicker basically turns your diet/fitness goals into a level up game. The tracker will work in conjunction the website, and allow people to track calories burned and number of steps they walk automatically. The more they exercise, the more points they rack up! That’s basically how it will work.
