Proper posture is the key to strength and health.
Here is a great video put up by Matt Whitehead at Portland Egoscue. It explores why posture should be the core idea behind strength and longterm health. It is by Kathleen Porter who also does great work on the issue of posture. It is about 7 or 8 minutes long.
